Of Satisfied Clients and Professionalism... RainFall Irrigation...
A Message From Steve Behan, Owner of Rainfall Irrigation...
Time sure flies… and while it may not feel like it… another outdoor growing is just around the corner...and it’s time to think about your sprinkler system start-up & repair service plans.
It's time to take advantage of one of our Priority Sprinkler System Seasonal Maintenance Plans...
I understand it can be inconvenient and costly to take time off to meet with us and give us access to your home…. and frustrating if things don’t go as planned. Essentially there’s a communication ‘triangle’ involving you, our administrative team, and our field sprinkler system technicians…
That said, the entire Rainfall team is putting extra emphasis on keeping appointments in a timely fashion, maintaining solid, proactive communication with you, our clients.
Not the least of which is living up to our bold, yet simple service statement…
"At Rainfall Irrigation – we do what we say we’ll do."
We’ve implemented a new scheduling system that – by tracking the progress of each of our technicians on their daily call schedule – lets us react to potential delays more quickly. We’ll also be allowing a bit of reserve time in their daily schedules to help minimize missed appointments and allow flexibility when they may need more time on a property.
Water Shortages...
With all the press about water shortages, and the general concerns some of you have voiced about your water bills, we want to devote a bit of extra time (during your Spring start-up) on things like leak detection. Current thinking in our industry is it should be part of our procedure… not just to look for substantial leaks, but find and repair the small ones before they can become a serious problem. To that end, we’ve conducted off-season training to help our team distinguish between minor (and normal) system seepage from potentially serious leaks and the resulting, costly water losses. And if we do, by chance find anything out of the ordinary… we’ll let you know
We’ve made changes to how we’ll be providing the specific services included. This will give you more equitable access to our technicians and our support… and hopefully make the contract easier to understand. We’ll be posting more details on our new website as we roll it out.
Follow up on Smart Controllers...
as at the end of the 2008 season we’ve installed over 50 of these so-called “smart controllers” from Toro… gaining valuable experience with this new technology. And because they really do offer significant water savings and better protection of your precious landscape through their accurate, weather-based scheduling… we’re very comfortable in recommending this controller to all of you.
